About the Role

Major accountabilities include:

  • Lead specific function operations and communications projects, driving them swiftly and efficiently while ensuring they align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Aid in executing global communications initiatives and strategies, both internally and externally, while ensuring messages are consistent, timely and reflect the organization's objectives.
  • Collaborate with talent marketing to support boosting functional and broader engagement efforts to reinforce external communications strategies to attract and retain talent.
  • Lead the planning and production of engaging and informative content for both internal and external audiences, optimizing content quality and delivery.
  • Provide dynamic team support, adjust according to the business needs and actively support various projects as and when required, contributing to overall efforts to maintain smooth operations.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of function operations to assist in streamlining portfolio delivery and operations activities and support the smooth progress and completion of internal projects.

Experience and skills required:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field with 3+ years of proven work experience. Prior knowledge / experience in the field of clinical research preferred
  • Business-level/fluent spoken and excellent writing skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is appreciated.
  • Credible communications experience in a scientific context, able to articulate complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Premier Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop), with extensive knowledge of complex post-production workflows.
  • Ability to manage in-house video equipment and related tasks such as preparing, acquiring, maintaining, organizing, and troubleshooting gear as needed.
  • Proven track record of high customer focus and visibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, detail-oriented, deadline-sensitive projects with high quality outcomes.
  • Excellent customer-focused interpersonal skills used to develop effective, collaborative relationships across a diverse international organization
  • Pro-active, results-driven self-starter with good planning, prioritization, problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Adaptive to change, resilient, and enthusiastic, responding constructively to different ideas and input.
  • Curiosity and innovative thinking to find and implement creative new approaches.
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly
  • Strong analytical skills, including process and system mapping abilities
