Provide MarTech support to Novartis internal customers (CPOs, Regional marketing and sales teams) on various high complexity Marketing technology programs and products. Explore, evaluate, co-create, and implement Digital innovation solutions in in Marketing Automation domain. Facilitate data enabled decision making for Novartis internal customers by providing and communicating platform specific needs including functional implications of platform design and operations.

About the Role

Provide MarTech support to Novartis internal customers (CPOs, Regional marketing and sales teams) on various high complexity Marketing technology programs and products. Explore, evaluate, co-create, and implement Digital innovation solutions in in Marketing Automation domain. Facilitate data enabled decision making for Novartis internal customers by providing and communicating platform specific needs including functional implications of platform design and operations.

Location: Hyderabad #Hybrid 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage MarTech platforms (like SFDC, SFMC) to enable business outcomes, maximizing efficient use of existing platform infrastructure and shape product design.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify, analyze, and solve key challenges, leveraging your expertise to advise on strategic objectives and product roadmap.
  • Deliver insights that drive MarTech Product teams' decisions on strategy and product development.
  • Design and implement measurement framework that track key metrics and performance trends, and provide actionable insights to product leadership.
  • Translate data insights into actions and recommendations that will drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, and investment decisions.
  • Understand the marketing technology ecosystem, gain clarity on data flow, and perform data discovery with countries to activate MarTech products effectively.
  • Storytelling through data: Converge multiple data sets and drive insights based on business questions.
  • Create visualizations, presentations, and executive summaries that communicate findings to internal stakeholders and executives.
  • Continuously evaluate MarTech platforms for their evolution of Analytical solutions including AI modules and evaluate its usability and impact for the organization.
  • Support MarTech business in building practice by involving in various initiatives like knowledge sharing, on-boarding, and training support, support team lead in all business-related tasks / activities, building process documentation and knowledge repositories.

Essential Requirements

  • BTech / Masters in Technology, or MBA
  • Overall 3-4+ years of experience, with 1-2+ years in CRM Technology Development / Operations / Product Development with a leading Pharma / Technology provider
  • Hands-on experience in any one of MarTech Platforms with Basic Certifications (VEEVA, SFDC, SFMC, Social)
  • Understanding complexity of integrated working in a matrix and geographically dispersed environment

Desired Requirements

  • Familiarity with process set-up, quality critical metrics and operational issues / management 
  • Experience in delivering solutions for commercial effectiveness across multiple geographies or large markets.
  • Understanding of Data platforms and its interface with MarTech platforms including future evolutions in Data landscapes.
  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical commercial data landscape and commercial processes.
