About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Deliver and present key data to manager and provide advice and support in data analysis and evaluation
• Partner with Global PS&T LT to integrate feedback and adjust plannings/data points as needed .
• Own business insight data dashboards – KPI’s, SLA’s and other data points (Span of control, Turnover).
• Own global communications & engagement plans for PS&T, maintain/improve framework and ensure rigid following by contributors/owners
• Travel & Offsite planning/organization for PS&T LT as group (supported by site SPOC
• Participate in, or lead PS&T People Projects at site or Global level
Essential Requirements:
• Strong cross functional leadership skills
• Proven experience in financial, P&O management
• Proficient English (both written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills and presentation skills
• Experience by co-creating and developing compelling associate focused solutions
You’ll receive:
