We are excited about the evolution happening at Novartis, and as part of this transformation, we are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our In Market Brands (IMB) team. The IMB portfolio consists of over 60+ molecules across 7+ therapeutic areas and accounts for almost half of Novartis sales.

As an Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the execution of marketing plans and ensuring the financial success of our product portfolio. We are constantly searching for new opportunities to expand our reach and provide our products to more patients who need them. You will need to have a high sense of experimentation to identify new opportunities, especially in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with the Senior Product Manager, to drive the execution of marketing plans and ensure the financial success of our product portfolio.
• Develop key external relationships and collaborate cross-functionally within our matrix organization.
• Lead the strategic direction of our portfolio, which includes over 60+ molecules across 7+ therapeutic areas.
• Patient adherence to our products will be a strong focus.
• Work closely with our new channels group and state-based Portfolio Managers to find innovative solutions to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaboration/coordination with TA teams to understand customers, competitive marketplace, build strategies.
• Robust use of analytics and driving data-driven decision making in in-market brands
• Mandate to drive growth across the enterprise and especially in in-market brands from launch pre, to launch, to growth and then pre/post LOE as well. Full portfolio
• Mandate for experimentation and smart risk-taking in new channels, new segments, omni-channel promotion and new partnerships.
• Closely in conjunction with new field teams, virtual reps, and the wholesaler and private market channels (e.g. all the new roles and the new design)

Role Requirements

To be successful in this role:

• University qualification in Science, Business or Marketing
• Proven track record in marketing and driving results
• High sense of experimentation to identify new opportunities, especially in the digital space.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working with a diverse group of stakeholders.
• The ability to think strategically and analytically will be critical in making informed decisions and driving business growth.
