About the Role
Major accountabilities:
- BeSure event entries and reconciliation for medical activities (Baltics)
- BCD/CWT booking management for HCPs and medical team (Baltics)
- MAP related internal documentation follow-up (Lithuania primarily)
- FUSE uploads for medical materials (Baltics)
- Contract management for medical events (Lithuania primarily)
- Meeting minutes and meeting support (internal medical meetings)
- OnCore event attendee upload based on attendance list (Baltics)
- HCP assessment and tiering support
Key performance indicators:
- Works within Ethics and Compliance policies
- On-time high-quality activity execution
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
- At least Bachelors degree in Biomedical sciences, Pharmacy or Medicine or similar.
- Masters degree would be considered as advantage
Work Experience: at least 1 year in pharmaceutical industry will be considered as advantage
- Collaborating across boundaries.
